3 Week Cut Day – 2

Day 2 (7/15/2015)

Well, it’s the end of the second day of the 3 Week Cut for me and unfortunately due to an ankle injury, I’ve had to take the day off in terms of cardio lifting. That’s okay, because I’ve still managed to burn more calories than I’ve taken in throughout the day and I plan on being back in the gym tomorrow if my ankle allows.

The Three Week Cut is a plan that the Hardcore Vitals team has come up with to try to cut as much fat as possible in a 3 week period. The cut will consist of a carefully planned diet, proper supplementation and a strict workout plan. Getting Comfortable at the Gym

Don’t get too Comfortable

The biggest mistake that people often make is that they go to the gym and look to find a level of comfort within their exercises. The problem that this creates is that comfort leads to no results. Going to the gym should not be taken as a leisurely activity that you do just for fun if you’re serious about getting gains and seeing results happen.
