Smaller By The Day
Smaller by the day. That’s right, you’ve read it correctly. Last time I went public about cutting fat and maintaining muscle, I completely flopped and didn’t commit as I should have. Day 1 (7/14/15)
It’s the first official day of 3-week cut for me, yes even though it’s a Tuesday. The Three Week Cut
The Three Week Cut is a plan that the Hardcore Vitals team has come up with to try to cut as much fat as possible in a 3 week period. The cut will consist of a carefully planned diet, proper supplementation and a strict workout plan. Don’t get too Comfortable
The biggest mistake that people often make is that they go to the gym and look to find a level of comfort within their exercises. The problem that this creates is that comfort leads to no results. Going to the gym should not be taken as a leisurely activity that you do just for fun if you’re serious about getting gains and seeing results happen.
