Smaller By The Day

Smaller by the day. That’s right, you’ve read it correctly. Last time I went public about cutting fat and maintaining muscle, I completely flopped and didn’t commit as I should have. However, this series will be completely documented on YouTube (SUBSCRIBE PLEASE!) I plan on vlogging 5 days a week and uploading the vlogs that show what I eat throughout the day and what exercises that I plan on doing as well to maximize fat loss.

Current Stats

Height: 5′ 7″

Weight: 262.6lbs

Waist: 46″

Biceps: 18.7″

Body Fat %: 31 (OBESE)

I have no real need to post my full body composition, as the end goal is getting into the 15% body fat range by the end of the next 100 days. To do that, I’ve calculated that my body weight will need to be somewhere around 189 – 200lbs, depending on how much muscle I can grow during this time period.

Why Now?

Easy, because if not now, then when? It’s time that I put my foot down and change some things in my life. Starting with my own body image, then finishing a new logo and design for all the lovely Hardcore Vitals products! Also, Summer will be here faster than you’d think and if you follow along with this method of cutting, you’ll lose quite a bit of weight.

What’s the Catch?

No catch. I’m providing full and free information to help people improve their overall health if they decide to take this advice and follow this guide. I’m not selling anything, I’m giving a structured recommendation to nutrition and exercise that you can follow along with at your own pace and your own choice. It’s worked for me in the past and I know it will work again this time around.
