I see people chugging these things down like it&#8217;s nothing. Here is the miscommunication from the eyes.\u00a0If you spin the bottle around and look at the Nutrition Label you will notice that it says 90 calories.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=14\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14\" src=\"http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PicsArt_1405977783646-261x300.jpg\" alt=\"Arizona Can\" width=\"212\" height=\"244\" srcset=\"http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PicsArt_1405977783646-261x300.jpg 261w, http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PicsArt_1405977783646-893x1024.jpg 893w, http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PicsArt_1405977783646.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 212px) 100vw, 212px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Without a little extra knowledge or awareness most people will think that the whole Arizona can\u00a0is 90 calories, when actually the\u00a0whole can contains 270 calories. That&#8217;s because the can equals 3 servings. So you take 90 and multiply it by 3 and BOOM; 270.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/?attachment_id=13\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13\" src=\"http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PicsArt_1405977091474-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Servings Per Container\" width=\"241\" height=\"241\" srcset=\"http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PicsArt_1405977091474-300x300.jpg 300w, http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PicsArt_1405977091474-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PicsArt_1405977091474-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/hardcorevitals.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PicsArt_1405977091474.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 241px) 100vw, 241px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>I am not saying Arizona&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong><strong>will make you gain weight or delay your progress. \u00a0<\/strong><em>I am saying if\u00a0<\/em><em>you constantly mistaken the amount of calories that are in something, then that inaccurate data will create inaccurate results.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This mistake often happens\u00a0with foods that have more than one serving. \u00a0How do you know if something has more than one serving? Look at the &#8220;servings per <em>whatever<\/em>&#8221; towards the top of the Nutrition Label.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There&#8217;s more!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lets say you drink 3 of\u00a0these a day. That&#8217;s <strong>810<\/strong> <strong>calories<\/strong>. It doesn&#8217;t matter how spread out they are, 3 will equal 810 calories.<\/p>\n<p><em>Let&#8217;s say you drank 3 before the afternoon<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;.and are allotted <em>1400 calories<\/em>. You now have <em>590 calories<\/em> left. If you drink these earlier in the day, your chance of exceeding your limit is high. Why? Because drinking 3\u00a0before the afternoon,\u00a0leaves you with 590 calories left to eat.\u00a0\u00a0590 calories isn&#8217;t very much and can easily be reached. \u00a0You may even have had a 300 calorie breakfast, which means you actually have 290 calories left for the day. Your body will not see results with this kind of disorganization. \u00a0Even if you are happy with not eating all day for <strong>whatever<\/strong> reason, your body still demands a constant supply of energy.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Arizona equates to 3 c<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>ups of mixed veggies. Would you rather help your body with an Arizona or 3 cups of veggies?\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>The point I&#8217;m trying to get across is that there is more than meets the eye when it comes to getting the results you want. \u00a0Results come from what you put in your body and it&#8217;s important to know your information.
